Warranty and CE marking

The warranty period and what it covers are stated in the quote and contract. CE marking applies to individual construction products covered by the EU construction products rules, not to the house as a whole. A house in Sweden must also meet Swedish building regulations and the requirement for registered electrical installers.

What CE marking means

CE marking shows that a construction product, such as a window or an insulation board, has declared performance according to a harmonised European standard. It is the manufacturer's declaration, and it comes with the product in a declaration of performance.

What comes with our house

  • Drawings and a description of the structure.
  • Details of the products used.
  • Warranty terms as per the contract.

We state exact values for insulation, snow load and similar in the quote for your specification. We do not publish figures that have not been confirmed.

Swedish requirements

The building's technical properties are governed by the Planning and Building Act and Boverket's regulations. Electricity must be installed by an electrical contractor registered with Elsäkerhetsverket.
