Who you are talking to
We know the factory personally and have bought two houses from it ourselves. You get answers from us directly – not from a dealer chain.
What happens after you send it
- We read your request and look at the delivery route to the address.
- You receive a written quote by email with the price, what is included and a dimension sketch for the foundation.
- If you have questions, we book a call. You only decide once everything is clear.
What the quote includes
- Price for the house delivered by crane to your address, incl. VAT.
- Dimension sketch for the foundation with support points and service pipes.
- Assessment of access for truck and crane.
- Drawings to submit to the municipality.
Why do we ask about an existing house?
A permit-free Attefall house must complement a one- or two-family home that already stands on the plot. If the plot is empty, a building permit is normally needed, and then the quote and timeline look different. Read more in when a building permit is required.
