Attefall house with a toilet
Every house we build has a separate toilet room with WC and washbasin, fitted before delivery. For it to work, a connection to drainage and water on the plot is needed. Installing water and drainage may require a notification to the municipality.

Drainage solutions
| Situation | Common solution |

| Municipal sewerage on the plot | Connection to the existing service via the main building's pipe |
| Private sewage system | Check that the system can handle more load – the environment committee may need to review it |
| No drainage at all | A dry or incinerating toilet instead of a flush toilet, on request |
Notification
Boverket states that a notification may be required when water and drainage are installed or changed. Private sewage systems are also reviewed by the municipal environment committee. Start by asking the municipality what applies to your property.
Shower?
Whether a shower can be included in the toilet room depends on the specification and the water connection. We confirm it in the quote and promise nothing we cannot deliver.
