Here we describe what data we collect when you send a request, why, and how long we keep it.

What data
Email, the location or address of the plot, whether there is a home on the plot, and anything you add voluntarily (phone and preferred timing). We also record which page the form was sent from and any campaign parameters in the link (utm).
Why
To answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken before a possible contract.
How long
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. If a contract is signed, the data is kept as long as accounting rules require.
Recipients
The data is stored with our web hosting and form-handling provider and sent to us by email. We never sell data.
Analytics and cookies
If web analytics is enabled, Google Analytics is used only after you have accepted it in the banner. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and withdraw your consent at any time by replying to our email. You can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
