Affordable Attefall houses – count the whole cost

A low purchase price can become expensive if a lot of work and materials are added. So compare the total cost: house, transport, foundation, connections and fees. Our price already includes VAT, kitchen, toilet and crane lift.

Five ways to keep costs down

Place the house near existing services. Shorter pipe and cable runs save the most.
Choose piers if the ground allows. They are often cheaper than a cast slab.
Make sure the crane truck can get close. A short lift needs a smaller crane.
Avoid a building permit if possible. Place the house 4.5 metres from the boundary or ask the neighbour for written consent.
Request quotes with the same content. Otherwise you are comparing apples and oranges.

What not to save on

Moisture protection, ventilation and electrics. Mistakes here are expensive to fix and can be dangerous. Electrical installations must always be carried out by a registered electrical contractor.
