Euros and kronor
We show the price in Swedish kronor. The invoice may be in euros (base price €33,750), and the krona amount follows the ECB rate. The rate we used is €1 = SEK 11.131 (ECB, 2026-10-23). The currency and rate that apply to you are stated in the quote.
What can make the price higher?
- A delivery address far from major roads or on an island without a car ferry.
- A narrow or weak driveway where the crane truck cannot set up close to the foundation.
- Options you ask for, such as a different façade colour or extra windows.
