How it works – step by step

The process has seven steps, from your first request to the house standing on its foundation. We take care of the build, the transport and the lift. You are responsible for contact with the municipality, the foundation and the connections, and we give you the documents for all of it.

Why you can trust the process

We know the factory personally and have bought two houses from it ourselves. You always know what the next step is and who does what.

Request. You send your email, location and whether there is a home on the plot.
Quote. You receive the price, what is included, a dimension sketch for the foundation and a delivery assessment.
Municipality. You check whether a notification or building permit is needed. We send drawings.
Order. Once you have accepted the quote and contract, we schedule the build.
Foundation. You have the foundation built to the dimension sketch and bring up the service pipes.
Delivery. We lift the house into place by crane.
Connection. Authorised installers connect electricity, water and drainage. If the municipality requires it, you wait for the final clearance before the house is used.

Communication

We handle all contact by email so you have everything in writing. You can always ask for a call.
