Friggebod price – built complete compared with a kit

A kit looks cheaper, but the price usually covers only timber and parts. Our finished 18 m² house including kitchen, toilet, VAT, transport and crane lift starts at approx. SEK 376,000. The difference lies in the work that has already been done.

What you pay for in a kit

The package price of a kit normally covers the frame, cladding and roof. What you add yourself is insulation, interior boards, electrics, windows if not included, flooring, kitchen, toilet and many hours of work.
