Buying an Attefall house – checklist

Before you buy an Attefall house you need to know three things: that the plot allows it, that the house can be delivered there, and what the quote covers. With the answers to those questions you can compare offers properly.

About the plot

  • Is there a one- or two-family home with a final clearance?
  • Is the plot inside or outside a detailed plan?
  • How much of the allowance is already used?
  • Is there shoreline protection, an extended permit requirement or a national interest?

About the delivery

  • Can a truck and crane truck get there?
  • How long will the lift be?
  • Who is responsible for the foundation and when must it be ready?

About the quote and contract

  • Is the price stated including VAT and transport?
  • Is there a clear list of what is not included?
  • What does the payment plan look like and when does the risk pass to you?
  • Which warranty applies and which documents come with the house?
