About us

We build finished small houses in a workshop in Portugal and deliver them to customers in Sweden. Every house is built to order and lifted into place by crane. The company behind it is Pipeline.

We have bought two houses from the same workshop ourselves – we know what you get.
From approx. SEK 376,000incl. VAT, delivered by crane (≈ €33,750; €1 = SEK 11.131, ECB 2026-10-23)
House 6 × 3 m, 18 m², kitchen and toilet. Foundation and connections not included.

Why build in a workshop?

Indoors we can build in dry conditions, with the same tools and the same team every time. The house is finished without you having a building site in your garden for months.

We have been customers ourselves

We know the factory personally and have bought two houses from it ourselves. We know the houses inside out, and that is why we are confident recommending them.

How we work with customers

  • Everything in writing: quote, drawings and contract by email.
  • Clear about what is not included.
  • No promises on delivery dates or technical values before they are confirmed.
