Total cost of an Attefall house

The total cost is made up of the house, transport, foundation, connections and municipal fees. With us the house, VAT, transport and crane lift are included in the price. Foundation, connections and fees depend on your plot and your municipality.

Municipal fees

Each municipality has its own fee schedule for notifications and building permits. It is on the municipality's website and is often based on an estimated number of processing hours.

Ask local tradespeople for quotes for the foundation and connections at the same time as you get our quote. Then you have the full picture before you decide.
