Price of a winterised Attefall house
The base price of our 18 m² house is from approx. SEK 376,000 including VAT and crane delivery. If the house is to be suitable for living in all winter, we specify insulation and installations in the quote, and any additions are shown as separate lines.

How we show additions
You should be able to see exactly what separates a summer house from a year-round house. That is why we split up the quote:

Costs outside the house
For year-round use it is often the connections that make the difference: a frost-free water pipe from the main house, an electricity supply that can handle heating and a drain that works in winter. Local installers do that work, and the municipality may require a notification for water and drainage. We help you with the documentation for them.
