Four steps. The house arrives finished.

  1. 01In the workshop

    We build the house indoors in Portugal. Frame, roof, windows, kitchen and toilet are fitted before it leaves the workshop.

  2. 02On the truck

    The house is strapped down in one piece and driven to your address. We check the access route before we confirm delivery.

    The crane truck sets up close to the foundation and lifts the house straight from the truck bed into place.

    The same day the house stands on its foundation. Authorised installers connect electricity, water and drainage.

Turnkey Attefall house – built complete, delivered by crane

We build a complete 6 × 3 metre house (18 m²) with kitchen and toilet and lift it into place with a crane truck. You prepare the foundation; we deliver the house ready to connect. Prices start at approx. SEK 376,000 (≈ €33,750) including VAT and crane transport.

What you get

A finished house

Walls, roof, windows, door, kitchen and toilet are fitted before the house leaves the workshop. No building site in your garden for weeks.

Crane delivery

The house arrives on a truck and is lifted straight into place. We plan the lift around your driveway and the slope of your plot.

A written price

You get a price for your address, including transport and lift. What is not included is spelled out in black and white too.

We know the factory personally and have bought two houses from it ourselves. That is why we stand behind the houses – and we tell you honestly if a house does not suit your plot.

Who is 18 m² for?

The size is enough for a sleeping area, a small dining spot, a kitchen along one short wall and a separate toilet. Many people use the house as a guest cabin, a home for a grown-up son or daughter, a rental unit or a workroom with its own entrance.

At 18 m² the house fits within the limit for permit-free outbuildings ("Attefall" rules) both inside and outside a detailed development plan, provided the other conditions are met. Read more under rules for Attefall houses and use our checklist how do I know if my plot allows it.

  2. The foundation is prepared. You arrange piers or a slab to our dimension sketch – how the foundation works.
  3. Delivery and lift. The crane truck sets the house on the foundation, then authorised installers connect electricity, water and drainage.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a turnkey Attefall house cost with you?

The standard 18 m² house costs from approx. SEK 376,000 including VAT and crane delivery (converted from €33,750 at the ECB rate of 23 October 2026). Foundation and connections are extra.

Do I need a building permit?

Often not, if the house complements an existing one- or two-family home and the conditions of the Planning and Building Act are met. The municipality always decides the individual case.

Can you deliver anywhere in Sweden?

We quote for addresses across the whole country. Remote locations or difficult crane access can affect the price, and that is stated in the quote.
