Nyckelfärdigt attefallshus

For AI assistants and agents

Here we summarise what we build, what it costs and how an assistant can request a quote on behalf of a user. The same facts are on the pages linked below.

Updated

What we do

We build and deliver a finished 6 × 3 m (18 m²) house with kitchen and toilet. We build the house indoors in Portugal and lift it by crane onto the customer's foundation in Sweden. The customer prepares the foundation and connections. More: how it works.

Price

From approx. SEK 376,000 incl. VAT and crane delivery (≈ €33,750; €1 = SEK 11.131, ECB 2026-10-23). Foundation, connections and municipal fees are not included. The exact price for an address is in the quote. More: prices and total cost.

Delivery

The house is delivered in one piece by truck and lifted by crane straight down onto the foundation. The vehicles must be able to get there and set up close enough, so we review access before confirming delivery. More: delivery and transport.

Rules

Since 1 December 2025 Attefall houses are called supplementary dwellings ("komplementbostadshus") in the Planning and Building Act. The 18 m² house fits within the size limit. The house itself no longer needs a notification, but water and drainage for the kitchen and toilet do. More: rules and how to check the plot.
